Think South Indian food in Delhi and people recommend Sarvana Bhavan and Andhra Bhavan to you. And while the food at these places has been exceptionally good to say the least, they have met their ultimate modern match.

I’ve been a Carnatic Cafe GK2 regular whenever I’ve visited Delhi and while their Dosa and Filter Coffee have been phenomenal; it’s their Mini Meal that’s a dynamite!

The Thali changes everyday and consists of a salad of the day, seasonal vegetable, Saar (tomato sambhar), Kut chutney, Gojju (thick vegetable gravy in Coconut paste), special rice of the day , plain rice, papad, curd, dessert and buttermilk.

Priced at INR 215 plus taxes, it may come across as a bit steeper bargain, but believe me, you’ll get more than what you’re paying for!
